1) Lemon juice 01 cup

Green magic: Ray Wiseman with his wife Joan
A cancer patient credits his morning glass of broccoli juice with halting the disease.
Ray Wiseman's claim has prompted more research into the vegetable's healing powers.
Doctors told Mr Wiseman they did not expect him to survive, when they diagnosed him five years ago.
But scans show that his cancer has stopped spreading - vastly improving his chances of a recovery.
The grandfather, 79, puts his health down to the tumbler of broccoli juice that his wife prepares for him each day.
Mr Wiseman, who lives in Braunstone, Leicestershire, said: 'I take this juice every day. I know it's done me good.
'I suppose it would be the same for everybody.'
His wife Joan, 72, started giving him the juice after a friend told her about the healing benefits of green vegetables.
For each half-tumbler dose she combines a head of broccoli with some apples and carrots to improve the taste.
She said: 'We believe my husband's incredible luck is down to broccoli. I hope our experience can help other cancer sufferers.
'The juice is a mess to make but it's something we have been happy to clear up. He now just takes it as second nature.
'If anybody else's husband is suffering from cancer and they are not getting on too well, it could help them.'
Scientists from Cancer Research UK have asked her for the recipe, to further study the vegetable's benefits.
Recent medical studies have highlighted the possible cancer-beating powers of broccoli.
British scientists at the Institute of Food Research found that men who ate one daily portion had altered patterns of gene activity in their prostates, suggesting that the chemicals in the vegetable might be able to reduce the risk of prostate cancer.
According to a report published in the British Journal of Cancer in 2006, natural chemicals found in certain vegetables, such as broccoli-cauliflower and cabbage, can enhance DNA repair in cells, which could help stop them becoming cancerous.
A spokesman for Cancer Research UK said: 'There's a lot of research that's focused on broccoli and the healing properties that the vegetable contains.
'If taken, broccoli needs to be with a healthy diet that is high in all fruit and vegetables.
'This can also reduce the chances of developing cancer.'
Around 10,000 are diagnosed with bladder cancer every year in the UK . It is the fifth most common form of the disease and affects more men than women.
A member of the cabbage family, broccoli is rich in vitamin C and has properties that boost the human immune systems that fight viruses, bacteria and cancer.
Studies have found that boiling broccoli can reduce its anti-cancer compounds, but steaming and microwaving do not.
The small cocktail (baby) carrots you buy in small plastic bags are made using the larger crooked or deformed carrots which are put through a machine which cuts and shapes them into cocktail carrots . most people probably know this already.
What you may not know and should know is the following: once the carrots are cut and shaped into cocktail carrots they are dipped in a solution of water and chlorine in order to preserve them (this is the same chlorine used in your pool) since they do not have their skin or natural protective covering, they give them a higher dose of chlorine.
You will notice that once you keep these carrots in your refrigerator for a few days, a white covering will form on the carrots, this is the chlorine which resurfaces. At what cost do we put our health at risk to have esthetically pleasing vegetables which are practically plastic?
We do hope that this information can be passed on to as many people as possible in the hopes of informing them where these carrots come from and how they are processed. Chlorine is a very well known carcinogen.

This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles.
By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder, normally with MSG, it will change the molecular structures of the MSG causing it to be toxic.
The other thing that you may or may not realize is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.
CORRECT METHOD :
1. boil the noodles in a pot with water.
2. once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.
3. boil another pot of water till boiling and put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then shut the fire.
4. only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make noodle soup.
5. however, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles and add the ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles.
Dietician's Note: If you buy plain hakka noodles which you make initially need to boil in water and discard the water. This will soften the noodles but to prevent it from sticking we need to add a tbsp of oil and also the noodles are deep fried partially to make it crunchy and then dusted with flour to prevent it from sticking while boiling.
Hence when you buy the noodles they are already made unhealthy and this is the type we use to make stir fry noodles and the regular maggi too is made the same way plus they add MSG/ ajinomoto and other chemical preservatives.
A large number of patient with the ages ranging from 18-24 years are ending up with pancreatitis either as a swelling or infection of the pancreas due to regular consumption of instant noodles.... If the frequency is more than 3 times a week, then it is very hazardous…

I cannot verify the truth of this article but it is an interesting possibility. Thought it might be useful to have it translated into English to pass around. Here is the English-Chinese bilingual version for your reading pleasure :

More that 30 years ago, a Mr Zhang who worked in the public sale department of a Taipei Brewery, participated in the brewery overseas study selection examination, and passed with flying colours.
Before going overseas, during the physical examination at a public hospital, it was discovered that he has a tumour growth in his lung of the size of a child's fist, and therefore was not able to go overseas to study.
The greatly disappointed Mr Zhang has always been suspicious that the diagnosis was wrong. So he went to another hospital for a check-up, the result confirmed that the previous diagnosis was correct.
For the youthful and healthy Mr Zhang to be stricken down with such terminal illness, in his despair, he rang his old class mate who at the time was Taidong County Government, Huangsun County Mayor's secretary, Mr Wei.
Mr Weil rushed to Taipei during his rest day on a Sunday to see Mr Zhang.
Mr Zhang discussed with Mr Wei in detail his despair and pessimism, and entrusted his friend regarding his affairs after his death. Coincidentally, Mr Wei was a good friend of Dr Lu Geling, who was in charge of the Maijie Hospital, 1945-55, and specialised in the clinical research into cancer cases.
He immediately suggested that Mr Zhang go and see Dr Lu for treatment.
At first, Mr Zhang said he preferred not to see anymore doctors, so as to add further to his misery.
But Mr Wei told him that he had telephoned Dr Lu to seek his advice and arranged an appointment. Mr Zhang felt obligated and went with Mr Wei to meet D r Lu.
When Dr Lu met with Mr Zhang, Dr Lu said: " Mr Wei is a friend and introduced you and I to get to know each other. This is destiny. Thank you. Let me ask you do you know why is cancer referred to as terminal illness?"
Both Mr Zhang and Mr Wei did not how to answer.
Dr Lu explained: "There are only two approaches taken by human to treat cancer to date. The first is to destroy the source of the disease. The second is the increase the capability to fight the disease.
But the strange thing is that, cancer whether we use Cobalt 60 or other drug to destroy the cancer cells, however, before the cancer cells are killed, the good cells are destroyed first.
On the other hand, no matter what nutrients or supplements we use. before the good cells have a chance to absorb them, the cancer cells have taken them up and it simply speeds up the grow of cancer.
Therefore both approaches are doomed to failure, that is why cancer is terminal."
Dr Lu continues: "Human being is most clever, they have successfully landed on the moon. But why is it no one ever question the above two approaches for treating cancer are nothing but self defeating dead-ends, try to seek out a third avenue?
When I was conducting clinical research in Majie Hospital , I had many opportunities to work with and being helped by many colleagues in the Hospital. I discovered that the blood tests of 100% of the cancer patients showed that the blood sample are acidic.
Those Buddhist monks and nuns who are long term vegetarians and live very close to Nature, their blood are prevalently weakly alkaline and amongst them, there has yet to discover any cancer cases
Therefore, I boldly concluded that under weakly alkaline condition, cancer cells are not able to grow, or even to survive.
Mr Zhang, I would suggest that starting from now you reduce your intake of the acidic meaty dishes.
Take more of the alkaline food. In addition you can take green algae and soup made from water chestnuts with shell.
Modify your physical condition, and try seriously to have a regular life style which is close to Nature;
If you can manage to stay alive for five years, you should have no further problem. I wish you the best of luck."
Mr Zhang followed Dr Lu's suggestion and seriously altered his eating habits.
Every day, he ate green algae, drank chestnut soup, be optimistic and doing appropriate amount of exercise, and went back to the same public hospital for a check up. It was discovered that not only that the tumour did not increase in size, on the contrary it showed signs of shrinking, and surprised the hospital staff conducting the check-up as a miracle.
Five years later, the tumour size shrunk to such a state as to be almost disappeared.
After almost 40 years, presently Mr Zhang's health is totally normal, and living a very pleasant life.
Following Mr Zhang, a Mr Chen Tianshou, who was previously Head of the General Administration of the Taidong Provincial Hospital , was similarly diagnosed with lung cancer.
When Mr Wei heard of this, he told Mr Chen of the experience of Mr Zhang, and Mr Chen started to follow the instructions of Dr Lu to change his physical condition. The outcome was that he was able to recover fully from the cancer, just like Mr Zhang.
At that time, Mr Lu and his family have emigrated to the United States . After the two cases, he returned to Taiwan and met up with Mr Wei.
Mr Wei told Dr Lu about the experiences of Mr Zhang and Mr Chen, and suggested that let the two of them detailed their experiences to Dr Lu in person, so that Dr Lu could publish a report on his self cure body conditioning method.
Dr Lu very humbly replied: "I am too old, besides, I do not have any clinical records of the outcomes. I would ask that you tell your friends and relatives, if they are agreeable, then please continue this experience and spread the word.
One should take care of oneself but should also be caring about others, 85% of cancer patients are acidic in their physical condition
Blood of healthy persons is weakly alkaline in nature, with a pH of about 7.35 to 7.45
Babies' blood is also weakly acidic
As adults mature their blood becomes more acidic in nature.
According to a study of 600 cancer patients, of their body fluid, 85% of the patients are acidic.
Therefore, how to maintain the weakly acidic nature of our body is the first step for moving far away from diseases.
Acidic physical conditions manifest itself in :

Why does the body physical condition turn acidic?
1. Excessive intake of dairy acidic food
a) meat, dairy products, eggs, beef, ham, etc are acidic food
b) taking too much acidic food will cause the blood to become acidic and viscous, difficult to flow to the end of blood vessels, leading to cold feet or knee, stiff shoulders and insomnia.
c) When one is young and strong, taking suitable quantity of meat is appropriate, but with older people it is more suitable to have a diet which are primarily vegetables or small fish.
2. Irregularity in the pace of life will cause the body physical condition to become acidic
a) Irregular pace in life will lead to mental and physical stress

b) If it is noted that patient's face is puffy, it would be necessary to inquire in detail the patient's medical history and medication status, for patients taking adrenal cortical hormone, extra care should be exercised when administering acupuncture.
c) Stress due to physical labour or exercise in excess, whole night card games, driving etc should be avoided as much as possible.

1. Strongly acidic food: egg yolk, cheese, cake made with white sugar or persimmon, mullet fish roe, dried cod.
2. Mildly acidic food: ham, bacon, chicken meat, squid, pork, eel, beef, bread, wheat, butter, horse meat etc
3. Weakly acidic food: white rice, peanut, beer, alcohol, oil fried tofu, sea weed, clam, octopus, catfish

Golden-needle-mushroom (Jin-Gen-Gu) successfully kills 95% of cancer cells
Research done by Singapore University shows that eating this mushroom can destroy 95% of cancer cells in our body by boosting our immune system.
Professor Phan Hwai Chong of Yang Ming Research Centre in Taiwan told Reporter that consuming this kind of mushroom, one of the ingredients in the
mushroom can trigger the multiplication of our healthy 'defensive' cells. By out-numbering the cancer cells, healthy cells help eradicate cancer cells.

Vitamin pills is not food, it has side effects. In addition to refined foods, markets are flooded with all kinds of synthetic vitamin supplements.

There was the biggest scientific, clinical experiment in this century performed by the Finland government a few years ago. They have spent 43 million dollars and involved 29,000 people in the experiment for 5 to 8 years. All participants are smokers. They have found that there are 18% more lung cancers and 50% higher mortality due to heart diseases for the group that has been consuming vitamin A and vitamin E compared to the group that has not eaten any vitamin supplement. When the experiment data came out, it came out in Newsweek, and it came out everywhere.
All of the scientists were really shocked. We have been told by scientists that vitamin E is a good antioxidant, can prevent the hardening of our artery soit should be good for our heart. But why did such a big experiment give us a result completely opposite of what we were told ?
Dr. Herbert of the FDA explained that when the vitamin C is inside the orange, it is an anti-oxidant. However, when it is isolated away from an orange, it may become a pro-oxidant. In other words, it will produce billions of free radicals. It will give us side effects.
Someone may say, "No problem, the vitamin pills I am taking are extracted from natural food. They are natural vitamins." Actually, there's no such thing as natural vitamins. It is only a commercial terms created by the merchants. Natural vitamins and minerals only exists in natural plants.
That is why there are always warning signs on the vitamin bottles saying Keep out of reach of children' or 'Take only one a day' and we don't see such warnings on vegetables and fruits. Some experiments showed that osteoporosis patients could utilize calcium very well if they take it directly from natural plants, but can not absorb calcium, which is from supplements.
Measured with quantum physic, we can see clearly that there is high energy level in the calcium that exists in the natural plants and low energy level in calcium tablets. In fact, after the calcium tablet has been taken it only travels along the blood vessels and get excreted from urine without being utilized by the body to build bone. The calcium tablets will only increase the burden of our liver and kidneys. If the calcium tablets can really help, why are there still so many people with osteoporosis?

Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back. It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow coloring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. How do you like it? They have come out with some clever new flavorings.

Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will note a couple of things:
* no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something)
* it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value ; nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny microorganisms will not a find a home to grow. Why? Because it is nearly plastic . Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?

Several years ago, I had a man seeking asparagus for a friend who had cancer. He gave me a photocopied copy of an article, entitled, `Asparagus for cancer' printed in Cancer News Journal, December 1979. I will share it here,
just as it was shared with me:
'I am a biochemist, and have specialised in the relation of diet to health for over 50 years. Several years ago, I
learned of the discovery of Richard R. Vensal, D.D.S. that asparagus might cure cancer. Since then, I have worked with him on his project, and we have accumulated a number of favourable case histories. Here are a few
Case No. 1, man with an almost hopeless case of Hodgkin's disease (cancer of the lymph glands) who was completely
incapacitated. Within 1 year of starting the asparagus therapy, his doctors were unable to detect any signs of cancer, and he was back on a schedule of strenuous exercise.
Case No. 2, a successful businessman 68 years old who suffered from cancer of the bladder for 16 years. After
years of medical treatments, including radiation without improvement, he went on asparagus. Within 3 months, examinations revealed that his bladder tumour had disappeared and that his kidneys were normal.
3, a man who had lung cancer. On March 5th 1971 he was put on the operating table where they found lung cancer so widely spread that it was inoperable. The surgeon sewed him up and declared his case hopeless. On April
5th he heard about the asparagus therapy and immediately started taking it. By August, x-ray pictures revealed that all signs of the cancer had disappeared. He is back at his regular business routine.
Case No. 4,
a woman who was troubled for a number of years with skin cancer. She finally developed different skin cancers which were diagnosed by a skin specialist as advanced. Within 3 months after starting on asparagus, her skin specialist
said that her skin looked fine and no more skin lesions. This woman reported that the asparagus therapy also cured her kidney disease, which started in 1949. She had over 10 operations for kidney stones, and was receiving government disability payments for an inoperable, terminal, kidney condition. She attributes the cure
of this kidney trouble entirely to the asparagus.
I was not surprised at this result, as `The elements of materia medica', edited in 1854 by a Professor
at the University of Pennsylvania, stated that asparagus was used as a popular remedy for kidney stones. He even referred to experiments, in 1739, on the power of asparagus in dissolving stones. We would have other case histories but the medical establishment has interfered with our obtaining some of the records. I am therefore appealing to readers to spread this good news and help us to gather a large number of case histories that will overwhelm the medical skeptics about this unbelievably simple and natural remedy.
For the treatment, asparagus should be cooked before using, and therefore canned asparagus is just as good as fresh. I have corresponded with the two leading canners of asparagus, Giant Giant and Stokely, and I am satisfied that these brands contain no pesticides or preservatives.
Place the cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy to make a puree, and store in the refrigerator. Give the patient 4 full tablespoons twice daily, morning and evening. Patients usually show some improvement in from 2-4 weeks. It
can be diluted with water and used as a cold or hot drink. This suggested dosage is based on present experience, but certainly larger amounts can do no harm and may be needed in some cases.
As a biochemist I am convinced of the old saying that `what cures can prevent'. Based on this theory, my wife and I have been using asparagus puree as a beverage with our meals. We take 2 tablespoons diluted in water to suit our taste with breakfast and with dinner. I take mine hot and my wife prefers hers cold. For years we have made it a practice to have blood surveys taken as part of our regular checkups.
The last blood survey, taken by a medical doctor who specialises in the nutritional approach to health, showed substantial improvements in all categories over the last one, and we can attribute these improvements to nothing but the asparagus drink. As a biochemist, I have made an extensive study of all aspects of cancer, and all of the proposed cures. As a result, I am convinced that asparagus fits in better with the latest theories
Asparagus contains a good supply of protein called histones, which are believed to be active in controlling cell
growth. For that reason, I believe asparagus can be said to contain a substance that I call cell growth normaliser. That accounts for its action on cancer and in acting as a general body tonic. In any event, regardless of theory, asparagus used as we suggest, is a harmless substance. The FDA cannot prevent you from using it and it may do you much good.'
